Program Lead: Brandi Flowers

Brandi has extensive experience as a practicing RN and completed her Master of Nursing Degree from Charles Sturt University in Australia. Brandi has advanced certification in gerontology and specialized geriatric care, reinforced with strong knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies. Brandi has more than 10 years’ progressive experience in clinical operations management, education, and program development within community teaching hospital and rural settings.

NPSTAT Program Lead

Nurse Practioners Supporting Teams Averting Transfers (NPSTAT)

Program Lead: Jeffrey Gardner

Jeffrey Gardner is the Clinical Director of the NPSTAT Program and a Primary Health Care Nurse Practitioner.

Prior to this role, Jeff served as an NPSTAT Nurse Practitioner supporting the Northeast Cluster of the Central East LHIN. He’s worked in a variety of clinical and administrative roles in public and private sectors, bringing together his in-depth knowledge of the long-term care system and his background in critical care nursing — both acute and primary care.

Karen Lee-Boulton provides leadership to ensure the BSO Program and the health care professionals and people it is intended to support benefit from shared and standardized ways of providing care and support. With over twenty years of experience leading quality improvement initiatives for financial, telecommunication and healthcare organizations, Karen contributes her skills and talents to develop, deliver and improve ways to enrich quality of life for people with responsive behaviours and their care providers.
